Colin graduated from Liverpool with an LL.B (Hons) Degree in Law in 2010 and joined Patrick Fahy & Co in 2015 on admission to the Roll of Solicitors having obtained his Certificate in Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast.
He previously worked in regulation within the Health and Social Care Sector before completing his training contract at a highly regarded provincial firm.
Colin assists, advises and represents clients in various aspects of legal practice, specialising in Residential and Commercial Property Law, Licensing, Agricultural matters, Wills, Probate and Estate Planning including Controllership & Enduring Power of Attorney Applications.
Colin also works alongside our Criminal Department in representing clients at Police Stations and Magistrates Courts.
