Claire graduated with an Honours degree in Law & Government before completing a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law at the University of Ulster. Claire obtained her certificate in Professional Legal Studies from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University Belfast.
Claire has extensive experience of running cases before the High Court and County Court representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Claire specialises in personal injury litigation arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents, medical and clinical negligence cases.
Claire also has experience in dealing employment law cases and regularly has cases before the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal.
